Change of Mind

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate within 30 days.

As individual skin responses may vary, we recommend performing a patch test before first use.

We are unable to offer refunds for reactions or sensitivities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

International Orders

For international customers, EVOO+ botanicals Limited is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

We are unable to refund orders if customs charges are not paid.
