We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colours or textures exactly.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

We may cancel orders where there are errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

We may offer third-party payment options such as Afterpay. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and EVOO+ botanicals Limited is not responsible for their policies or decisions.

International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes. EVOO+ botanicals Limited is not responsible for these charges.

5. Shipping & Risk

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery section.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or international logistics.

All purchases are shipped from New Zealand. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Consumer Rights

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@evoobotanicals.com

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.
