Shipping policy

We know you’ll be excited to receive your EVOO+ botanicals® order.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Akaroa olive grove studio.

Estimated delivery times

New Zealand: 1–3 working days
Australia: 3–7 working days
United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
United States: 5–10 working days
Europe: 5–12 working days
Rest of world: 7–14 working days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Dispatch times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or promotions.

Customs & duties

New Zealand and Australia orders will not incur any additional duties or taxes.

UK VAT is included in your order total. However, orders over £240 may incur additional import VAT and handling fees upon delivery.

For all other international orders, customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to refund orders if customs charges are not paid.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
